Any truth in Murton signing Simpson from Chester as Pro along with Graeme Martin and Mick Mc??

Heard Murton have not signed Mick Mac but cannot get in touch with him

Apparently we have signed a young lad from Ryhope, anyone know anything about this?

The young lad from ryhope is dan douglas (doogle) he has not signed as yet. he asked if he could come along to nets on sunday and i said not a prob, seeing as the numbers arent exactly great.

I have spoken to gil about what his thoughts for the youngun are and as yet nothing has been decided, hope thats enough info for u.

All seems troublesome at Ryhope Greg, any news from Gil on that.  On their Website there is an awful lot of back stabbing and back biting, cant be good 6-7 weeks out from the season KO

You get used to it  

Doogle is a sixteen year old lad who wants to play first team to bowl but their are too many in the pecking order to bowl before him at Ryhope.

Is their going to be an under eighteens at Murton This Year as i feel he could be wasting his time if not.

my sentiments exactly steve mate. been havin a chat with gil bout it.doogles a great lad and cricketer but as you say if we dont have an under18 i dont think it would be the best option for him. i'll give u a bell anyhow.
